I’ve created a voice, but I'm not satisfied with the sound. What should I do?
Click the voice settings to adjust the tempo and pitch (remember, a little goes a long way). You can also create custom personas to add specific writing styles to your artful content. We also provide some presets to help you get started, including News, Weather, Rock, and CHR.
How does the audio get into the Automation System?
When you enter a breaknote in your clock, it acts as a placeholder in your merged log. Here's how it works:
- Your automation system detects the breaknote in the log.
- It then automatically contacts VoiceAI.
- VoiceAI provides a pre-generated AI file using the voice you designed.
- Your automation system automatically inserts this AI file.
- The AI content plays back through your automation system at the designated time.
This process ensures seamless integration of AI-generated content into your broadcast.
What should I use Promos for?
Promos can be used for anything that you write: actual liner cards (promos), billboards, promotion events, tags, localization liners, concert events, and special announcements... you name it. You can even create Promo Groups (think cart rotators) so multiple liners will rotate evenly in your breaknotes.
What’s the difference between Voices and Perform A Script?
Think of Perform A Script as the production room for A.I. voices to cut quick spots, promos, or liners when you need dry audio reads with a downloadable audio file. It’s that simple. Choose one of your AI voices, write what you need to be voiced, generate it, and then download it.
How do I use Prompts, and what are they?
Prompts are questions you ask GPT (an AI language model). GPT generates answers based on these prompts. These answers are then read by your AI voice on-air as content.
Important Note: Prompts don't work well for current events. Instead, use them for general, evergreen content.
Good prompt examples:
- Holiday gift ideas
- Best dad jokes
- Florida man stories
- Thanksgiving side dish suggestions
Focusing on timeless topics will produce more reliable and engaging content for your AI voice to deliver on air.
How can I make my VoiceAI content sound local and current?
VoiceAI breaknote commands like weather updates, web content search, and trending content from TopicPulse keep your station current and local. These options automatically generate timely, relevant content, ensuring your broadcast stays fresh and engaging for your audience.
