Troubleshooting Futuri Mobile Apps
This article provides some useful troubleshooting tips for using Futuri Mobile apps. If you have a question that is not on this list, please feel free to contact Futuri VIP Support.
General App Performance
If you are experiencing unexpected behavior or performance from your app, please try the following general troubleshooting steps:
- Hard close/force quit the app and re-open it.
- Download any app updates from the Apple app store or Google Play store to make sure you have the most recent version.
- Uninstall the app and reinstall it.
- Make sure your phone's operating system is up to date and that you are using a currently supported version:
- iOS version 17 or higher
- Android version 11 or higher
Playback
If you experience problems listening to live or on-demand content, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure you are connected to a reliable wifi or mobile network connection. Please note that intermittent network connection issues can result in interruptions to audio playback.
- Hard close/force quit the app and re-open it.
- Download any app updates from the Apple app store or Google Play store to make sure you have the most recent version.
- Uninstall the app and reinstall it.
- Make sure your phone's operating system is up to date and that you are using a currently supported version:
- iOS version 17 or higher
- Android version 11 or higher
NOTE: Streaming audio via Bluetooth connections to other speakers or devices can sometimes result in additional interrruptions and seamless playback cannot be guaranteed.
Push Notifications
If you are not receiving push notifications, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure you have push notifications turned on. In the app, navigate to Push Notifications in the app menu and toggle them on for any desired categories.
- Check that you have allowed the app permission to send notifications in your phone settings.
- Be sure that you do not have notifications silenced on your phone at any particular time of day. (e.g. Using Do Not Disturb mode)
- Download any app updates from the Apple app store or Google Play store to make sure you have the most recent version.
- Uninstall the app and reinstall it.
- Make sure your phone's operating system is up to date and that you are using a currently supported version:
- iOS version 17 or higher
- Android version 11 or higher
